Barby Rodríguez nació como una extensión de mi mundo interior: una necesidad de llevar el arte más allá del papel, más allá del muro, y convertirlo en parte del día a día de las personas.

Is it necessary to register to make a purchase?

No, you can checkout as a guest, although registering will make it easier to track your orders.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No , once your order is placed, it is prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days . Custom orders require a longer processing time; however, once the design process is complete and everything is approved, the order is prepared and shipped within 15 to 25 business days .

What are the return policies?

Our policy lasts 15 days. The period starts from the moment you receive the order, 15 calendar days. If this date passes, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Do the prints come framed or unframed?

The prints are not sent framed , so you can put the frame you like best.

Can I place a custom order for a print or rug?

Yes , you can place a custom order for both prints and rugs . You must write to us in the contact section , fill out the form telling us your idea, and we will contact you shortly.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order, remember to provide a means of communication , such as your email address , so that once your order is shipped, we can provide you with a tracking number .

How can I care for and preserve my Print or Rug?

For prints , remember to keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture . You can protect them by placing them in protective film or framing them .
For carpets , other precautions should be taken: hand wash , dry in the shade , use a vacuum cleaner or manual lint remover , and do not use any type of bleach . In short, they should be cleaned gently and avoid the use of abrasive products.

Do you offer art workshops or classes?

Not at the moment , but we always hold live meetings whenever possible. You can check out our social media or subscribe to the newsletter to find out about future dates.

What should I consider when buying art?

In addition to considering the artist's style , the materials used , whether the work is signed and/or numbered , or if it includes a certificate of authenticity , it's also important to keep in mind that it's a handmade work . This means that each piece requires time, dedication, and patience , both in its creation and shipping. Appreciating that process is an essential part of buying art.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our suppliers normally ship within 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order.
